If a customer adds a “note to seller” in PayPal, will I see it?
Yes. Your Startershop receives a shot of information from PayPal a short while after the order is paid, and part of this information is the “note to seller”, if your customer wrote one. The note is added to the end of any comment they wrote on the Startershop billing screen.
